     上海巨為儀器設備有限公司是中國臺灣巨為儀器股份有限公司投資伍佰萬人民幣設立在中國大陸全

資子公司,成立于2006年，注冊于上海奉賢區四團鎮,全權負責巨為JOOWAY產品（包括中國臺灣JOOWAY、上海JOOWAY、東莞JOOWAY、寧波JOOWAY）在中國地區的營業和售后服務工作。同時也是中國臺灣JOOWAY產品在中國大陸的*專業維修機構。公司在保稅區內設有備品配件倉庫,售后服務部在全國現有售后服務人員45余名，并有6名中國臺灣技術人員常駐，分布于上海、蘇州、無錫、西安、廣州、深圳、北京、東莞等地。公司具備專業的設備安裝,調試和維修維護能力。

一.設備移交驗收

  INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE AFTER DELIVERY

1.設備動力確認:確認壓縮機、加熱器等電子元器件的工作,各種報警功能的確認。

2.設備性能確認:從常溫降至zui低溫的時間確認。

從zui低溫升至zui高溫的時間確認。

溫濕度配合恒定確認。

3.對設備相關使用者提供儀器操作及日常維護保養的培訓。

4.由售后驗收工程師填寫設備驗收報告書，經雙方簽字后生效。

1. Dynamical Parts

To make sure normal performance of compressors, heaters and other electrical components etc. as well as all kinds of alarm functions.

2. Equipment Performance

To confirm needed change time from ambient to lowest temp.

To confirm needed change time from lowest temp to highest temp.

To confirm the stability of the control under different kinds of temp. and humid. conditions.

3.Training session for relevant people on the operation and maintenance.

4.The inspection Report filled in by JOOWAY engineers will be valid against the subscription of two parties.

二.質量保證期

   WARRANTY

產品質量保證期為一年，從雙方相關人員簽訂設備驗收報告書之日起計算。第二年起若與JOOWAY售后部簽定設備有償點檢合同（單位：一年），設備故障處理將收取損壞零部件費用（技術服務費和交通費以當年標準收取）。

We offer two-year warranty, counting from the time of the acceptance.( excluding personnel factor.)

三.突發事故處理

         INCIDENT MANAGING  

 服務及時，報修對應速度控制在24小時以內，再發故障率控制在低水平。在質保期內發生的非人為因素故障，若需要更換零部件，經修復后，該部件重新計算一年的質保期。在保修期內(特殊客戶可另行商定時限)，設備若發生故障，且由于售后維修周期較長而影響客戶試驗進程的，將委托JOOWAY測試中心免費為客戶提供試驗服務，直至設備維修完畢為止。

We offer timely service with a quick feedback to customer’s failure reporting within 24 hours . After resolving the failure, the ratio of failure re-happening will be controlled lower level, To all the malfunctions due to unmanly reasons happen in warranty period, if parts needed to be changed, then the new parts take another one-year warranty. If the chamber fault occurs within the warranty period and customer’s test procedure may be greatly influenced due to this chamber fault，we will provide a free test service for our customer until we repair the chamber.

四.性能保證點檢  

   INSPECTION FOR PERFORMANCE AFTER WARRANTY

產品保修期后，為了有計劃實施售后服務活動，保證設備正常長期運行，

通過簽定性能保證定期點檢協議書提供有償點檢、維護和保養服務。

After warranty, in order to conduct our after-sales service activities, we offer paid inspection and maintenance service for our customer through an agreement made by our two parties.

五.零件調配供應

   PARTS PREPARING

分析修理零部件采購習性，科學管理消耗品和零部件庫存；

各事務所通過 Internet來確認庫存狀況，預約訂貨。

Effectively managing the expendable parts and in stock parts; all the rep. offices can confirm the “in stock” status and plan to order needed parts via the internet.

六.故障解析研究 

  FAILURE ANALYSE & RESEACH 

按產品定期分析產品MTBF信息，努力改善品質；

收集裝置各部位可靠性信息，提出產品設計方案。

According to the analyses and research to the MTBF information, we concentrate on enhancing quality and innovating design; Through collecting relevant data of different parts in the equipments, innovative designs can be brought forwardly.
